Hostel Overview

Located in the historical centre of Lagos, a 10-minute walk from the Batata Beach, Olive Hostel Lagos offers accommodation in dormitories as well as private rooms. There is a colourful patio and an on-site bar which offers a welcoming ambience. Free WiFi is available.

I couldn't recommend this hostel MORE! Without a doubt, one of the BEST I've ever stayed in! I loved everything! I had the best days there! EVERYTHING is perfect. The atmosphere, the people, the decor, the scent of incense. The space feels so comfortable, like a home! The people who stayed there those same nights certainly made the place even better, but I think the space itself is inviting! It felt like a family, welcoming at all times, safe, and peaceful. The street outside is quiet, no noise. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are cleaned several times a day. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace and the interior patio are beautiful, ideal places to hang out with other travelers. The bar they have is also super useful and affordable. The location is perfect, close to the city center and the beaches.

location is great, quiet place, depending on which dorm room you get, Olive Hostel it's tucked away in the central of Lagos making it easy to get anywhere and everywhere easily. facilities are sufficient for all to use, i like how the kitchen was welcoming and easy to manage for those making their own meals. rooms are clean and nice, except mixed 4 beds dorm can be pretty close to the common area which can be quite noisy if there are people chatting away.
