The ambiance, the location, the breakfast selection was brilliant and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. I love the hotel and will definitely be back. The Canteen Manager (sorry i don't remember his name) was so professional and really nice. I had a bit of mix up with the breakfast for my friend and he was so professional and very pleasant at sorting it out.

The hotel has well trained and friendly staff, the hotel rooms are spacious and direclty located in the center on the lagoon river. The breakfast is excellent and you can nicely sit outside overseeing the water.

The hotel is really beautiful with amazing views. Food is great and staff are very courteous. Rooms are tastefully furnished with state of the art amenities. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.
