Our first glamping experience was truly memorable. We loved the concept and appreciated the impeccable level of service and hospitality. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The bedding was clean and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the tent can get quite hot when the outside temperature reaches around 35°C. Keep the AC on 24/7.

It’s a beautiful place with the rooms and the lagoon. Rooms are huge. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Aircon works very well. Showers are strong enough and hot water supply is good. Staff are so super friendly and informative. Best thing is that there’s no tv in the rooms! Drinks in the room (water and soft drinks) are replenished everyday! Activities at the lagoon are so fun. We were there 4days and we have not tried all yet and would love to go back again!

The facility is amazing—a great couple's vibe area. The area is clean. The staff are all very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to assist the guest. Staff can speak fluent English, and some of them are willing to try to speak in English.

Location near to jetty, the tent room is spacious and aircon is very good! And free access to the Lagoon for water play is best, and the buggy service make it so convenient for us to go anywhere nearby, they can even send us to restaurant at beside hotel Natra!
