The staff were very friendly, We met Mr Kasir from our pick up car and he is also a buggy driver. He is always smiling and very politely. He made our stay very pleasant .

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Resort on Bintan was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with a private swimming pool that felt like our own little sanctuary. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, offering serene ocean views and lush greenery in every direction. Each of the restaurants we tried served delicious food, with a variety of options to please our taste buds. What really set the experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located near the ferry terminal and local tourist places. Staff was warm and welcoming, able to strike conversations with you. Amenities selection was great! Breakfast at Treetop Café was good, with many choices and variations from weekend and weekdays. They serve mimosa free flow. Housekeeping was prompt. And provided incense and essential oil to keep mozzies and bugs at bay.
