Everything about this hotel was great. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast at the hotel was good and all their surrounding restaurants lovely wirh high quality food. The pool was really well designed and huge. The beachside location excellent

The location was excellent. It was a comfortable stay. The staff service was excellent. Eddy, Pancha, Risky and all the staff were very courteous and made our stay memorable. The beach was well maintained. One of the cleanest beaches I've visited. Food quality was also commendable.

😊 The staff are nice and friendly. Its a plus that they have the Spa services too. This is my first time to stay with Angsana, but me and my friends stayed in Cassia Bintan a few times so I’ll use that experience as comparison. Angsana does not have the facilities of living room, dining and kitchen like in Cassia, so space and feel wise, Cassia has more homey and cool vibe while Angsana is a standard hotel room. 😞Our room was on the 1st floor, and there is a cricket that makes noises a few times at night. 😞my request for a late checkout was denied and have to wait 3.5hrs before my ferry schedule. Not that the hotel is obliged to grant my request but I’m really disappointed.
