Such a lovely family run hotel. All the staff were really lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I arrived to surprise some friends and the staff all got involved in helping keep it a secret - they were really kind and accommodating. Great set up and perfect for 18-40 year olds.

Had a really nice stay at the Vivian. Location is perfect, close enough to the strip without hearing the noise. The staff, particularly Victoria, couldn’t do enough for us and even gave us a lovely gift on our departure. Our room was very clean and the cleaners came daily. They gave us fresh towels and sheets most days. The food at the pool area is good. The best thing for us was how lovely and accommodating all the staff were as they really took care of us.
