the front office staff were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendents were also friendly and helpful, the Cafe' 411 staff were also friendly and helpful - great customer service and the food was delicious. my wife and i enjoyed our stay and our kids also loved the place and our stay. we are planning to do more long weekend stays on our next visits to Lae.

Clean and well presented, staff where amazing. Cafe 411 staff where friendly and helpful. Great place for a business meeting. Chinese restuarant was top tier. Food was excellent. Will stay again. Thank you for clean , quiet and friendly stay. Leonie Gilbert.

Great location beautiful view of the mountains & harbour lovely room & the bed was very comfortable the staff were very friendly & helpful , I would highly recommend this hotel
