A beautiful hotel with true five star service! Rooms were stunning, the pool area and whole environment was gorgeous. Lovely food at the restaurant and fantastic and friendly staff. The spa was also wonderful. My therapist Maria was fantastic and I had the best massage of my entire one month stay in Indonesia with her!

This may well be one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location is wonderful, right on a beautiful beach just outside the town of Labuan Bajo (which is definitely worth visiting for an evening using the hotel shuttle out and then their taxi contact back) The facilities are first rate: they’ve got an excellent pool, loads of sun loungers (on and off the beach), a pool bar, a lovely restaurant, a cool cafe/bar (ran by the dive school) a really great Spa, a small but well equipped gym, free kayaks and paddle boards, classes, and the whole complex is full of beautiful flowers, bushes, trees, ponds, and all the wildlife (including loads of birds!) that come with that. We spent about an hour one morning walking around it looking at everything! They gave little scrolls every day with local folklore stories on them which was such a nice touch and so good to read and learn more about Flores and the people from the island. We went on the Komodo adventure day trip, which is organised between the resort and the dive school working out of there. The trip was absolutely fantastic. Well worth the money - we visited four sites including the island of Komodo itself to see the dragons and they were all brilliant. Could not recommend more. The dive school people by the way are absolutely lovely too! We didn’t go diving with them this time but definitely will next time. The food and drink on offer at the bars and restaurants is top notch - including the breakfast. We ate at the restaurant four nights out of five. Both vegetarian and we didn’t get bored or run out of options. They’ve got wine from Bali which is definitely worth trying - the sparkling white was genuinely excellent! Probably the highlight though were the staff. They were so kind… beyond kind. They were funny, kind, interested in us and our travels, and even helped me learn Bahasa! To be honest we could have named all of them but Marcel, Omas, Gio, Erlin… honestly, all of them.

I had an Absolutely amazing stay for a week here. People are very friendly and service was excellent. They also have an Indonesian food menu which was amazing. V stayed at the sea facing Ringka room which was very well located to access the sea, lounge chairs, pool and the bar. Lighting inside could be better near the mirrors. They can improve the view of the sea seen from the room as well. Overall a great stay!!

Very welcoming staff and lovely clean rooms and facilities. Dinner was nice and buffet breakfast exceptional! Lovely gardens and great shuttle services.
