You need to know what you're booking before so your expectations are reasonable. It's a hillside villa so expect you're walking up a hill to get your room. They are bamboo villas so they have openings and are somewhat living in open space in a jungle so expect creepy crawlies and Mosquitos amongst other guests native to jungle. The staff were like butler service and they have a car available to take to town and bring back at a cost whenever as well as free pick up and drop off at airport which is literally 5 mins away. The coms with staff via what's app is very good as get immediate response. Room service was excellent as well as the breakfast in room every morning was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again..kids were sad to leave!! They have 2 family villas so will try other next time as all on one level.

It was like staying in the Swiss Family Robinson house!! Staff were the highlight, so helpful and sweet and it was nice to see them around the place not looking overworked and miserable. Love that this place was up on the hill, not just for the views, just to be away from the business of the tourist zone

Unusual but solid and comforting bamboo individual units built on a hillside. Engaging and helpful staff. Great views from the units.

The cottages were wonderfully themed with everything made of bamboo. The staff, especially Kak Yanitha, were extremely kind and helped us organize various activities. There were plenty options for breakfast and it was always served on time and according to our requests. Amazing view from hotel
