It is a very nice apartman, clean, very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Robert, our host is really nice and helpful, and generous. It's up in the hills about 10 minutes from the center of Labin, and about 20 minutes from the beach, but we really enjoyed that it was so calm.

Robert and Goda are very friendly and helpful. They live in the same house, but provide privacy unless you ask for help. The apartment is brand new, located off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood, about 20 minutes by car from the sea. There are 2 rooms, a separate bedroom with a 2-person bed and a closet, and a kitchen with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, basic food preparation equipment and a table for 4 people. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Outside at the disposal of guests is a covered terrace with a table, sofa, armchairs and garden chairs and a small pool. A car can be parked at the house itself. The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi.

The place is quite. No loud music, no loud neighboors, no hotel resorts nearby. It is a lovely small croatian village. Out kids loved especially the private pool on the garden.
