good location directly at the main bus station and the few left colonial Spanish buildings, fine breakfast and very helpful staff

For a low-budget place it's fine. Not very well-maintained but clean and staff is friendly. Location is convenient across from bus station (not as noisy as you'd expect), at edge of old town.
