Unfortunately, we only stayed one night in this beautiful apartment, but it was enough to appreciate every detail. The location is excellent—right in front of the sea, in a quiet yet well-served area. The apartment is spacious, elegantly furnished (very few chain-store furniture), spotlessly clean, and very welcoming. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast (600 Mbit actual speed) and stable. A real highlight is the private rooftop solarium, equipped with a barbecue and enjoying sun all day—perfect for relaxing. The private garage is convenient and secure, and just a few steps away there’s a shopping center with restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to respond very quickly with genuine friendliness. It’s rare to find such sincere hospitality. We are experienced travelers, and this is one of the few apartments where we immediately felt at home. Many other hosts could learn from this one—the attention to detail and respect for guests are truly noticeable. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. This has become our go-to place in southern Tenerife.

Clean and beautiful apartment with a rooftop balcony and a sea view. Very nice to relax in the swimming pool.

Mihail met us at the property and nothing was too much trouble. The property we rented was spotless. The shared swimming pool was a real bonus. He has some beautiful properties in La Tajita, sea view close to a stunning beach and quiet up market bars. Supermarket is just over the road and tenerife south Airport is 20 minutes in a taxi.
