Bedroom was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Anita and Pascal were very warm and welcoming, we saw lots of wildlife red squirrel, red spotted woodpeckers as well as there own livestock.

TomTom easily located this lovely villa\large farm cottage in the middle of the countryside - it was well signposted off a country lane. Friendly greeting by host and their 2 peacocks, Peter and Wendy! Plenty of parking. Steep staircase led us to a lovely large room with outside balcony and great power shower in en-suite. We'd pre-arranged dinner which didn't disappoint, and hosts were happy to cater for Gluten Free guest. The carafe of wine at 6€ was generous. Comfortable seating area in room with great views of this small farm\smallholding. We enjoyed watching the goats playing from our balcony, and hearing the birds sing. We considered staying on our return journey to UK, but we wanted to be a little nearer Le Shuttle due to an early train.

A great place to stay and highly recommended. We stayed overnight on our way to the Charente- Maritime. Anita and Pascal are the perfect hosts Located in the countryside southwest of Le Mans, the property has good, secure parking. Anita cooked us a lovely meal. Thank you for a lovely stay.
