Very friendly welcome from the owner. The room and bathroom were tidy, clean and spacious. A welcome treat also awaited us—pastries, chocolates and water. The room is equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea. It is in a great location in the city center, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We had a truly comfortable stay.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, and the single room was very clean and had a comfortable bed! There's a kettle in the room for making hot drinks.

Good room in the center of La Spezia. The price is also good for such location. Room has everything necessary. Good communication with the host, she was waiting for me in discussed arrival time. As it's in the very center, a lot of cafes and restaurants are available. It's about 15 min on foot to the central railway station, so you can easily hike in Cinque Terre and return to the apartment by train.
