Location is excellent , it is just few minutes walking to train station and restaurants, rooms is specious clean and comfortable , owner is very cooperative .

Very clean appartment, nearby the centro of La Spezia and nearby the train station (to Cinque Terre) and supermarket. The room is spacious and the shower is nice. Also the staff was very kind and she cleaned well. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Walking distance to train station that brings you to Cinque Terre. Walking distance to restaurants. Parking available…have to reserve it with the owner…it’s offsite…about 200m away for 25 euros per day to be payed cash.
