Spacious apartment and bathroom with a lovely small balcony. The host Mara was very welcoming and helpful with a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. Great central location close to the train station and the port with a 10-15 minute walk either way. Lots of restaurants close by. Pillows were quite hard but otherwise the bed was comfortable. Several stairs at the entrance but then there is a small lift.

Location is excellent. Close to the train station and middle of town of La Spezia. The unit is tastefully decorated. The Host was efficient in communication , friendly and kind. Recommended us how to go around the area and even took us to the car rental after our stay.
