The location, the facilities, the host was very friendly, he gave us good instructions and recommendations, it was very easy to access, it’s a good accommodation for La Spezia, we will recommend this accommodation and maybe we will come back 😊

My mum and I travelled from Milan to Rome and we were recommended to stay in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre. We were not disappointed. We couldn't find Big Central Room at first but that was our fault. Alessandro had taken time to send us instructions and photos via WhatsApp. It was the perfect place to stay. 5 min walk to train station and 2 min into town where we found lovely bars restaurants and shops. Alessandro couldn't have been more helpful, he even sent us messages to tell us things that we happened in laspezia so we didn't miss out. Thank you I have recommended this part of italyand this accommodation to my family and friends. Mum says she misses our room there!

Nice location in between the train station and the city. Perfect to visit the Cinque Terre. Alessandro was nice and attentive to our needs.
