Staff very helpful. Good location for sea and harbour views. Also close to good bars and restaurants. Good little supermarket 200 m away. There is a great skybar overlooking the cruise terminal.

lovely hotel right on the waterfront ideal for the ferries to cinque terre , portovenere and lerici only 10 euro in taxi from train station but the main thing for me was the staff Gregorio , Francesca , Simone to name a few just couldn't do enough for us absolutely superb service a credit to the NH hotel group

Nice room, central location, nice staff. The rooftop bar is very nice to sit , relax and have a drink during the day or at night. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent! We were surprised it’s not publicized, looks like it even doesn’t have a name. We enjoyed dinner there very much.
