Arrivals between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm are subject to a €20 surcharge.Arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm incur a €30 surcharge, while arrivals between 11:00 pm and midnight incur a €40 surcharge. Early check-in is available from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm with a €30 surcharge. All early or late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property in advance and paid via payment link once approved.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The best stay in Italy so far!! The house is super warm, welcoming (always clean and tidy) and well located. Daily cleaning that we weren’t expecting and Emília was super sweet and attentive when we had an issue. Thank you so much!!

Cleanliness was exceptional. We didn't expect that the room would be cleaned daily and from a very friendly staff. We also appreciated the little balcony although facing the courtyard with a construction site currently. Rooms are also well equipped with the little fridge, kettle, etc. Everything was well organized and we faced no problems during check in.

Excellent location. Just a 6-minute walk to the train station and situated in a very lively area, which made everything incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, with three beds and a private bathroom. Tea was also served during my stay, which was a nice touch.
