For the early check-in is required an extra payment of 30 euro and it is possible only between 9 AM and 2 PM.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lia Apartment Review - La Spezia Stay dates: July 14-19, 2025 Location & Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The apartment's location is excellent, right in the town center near the train station. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, an Asian store, and easy access to buses for Porto Venere. The central location made exploring La Spezia and day trips to Cinque Terre very convenient. Room Amenities: - ✅ Air conditioning - much appreciated - ✅ Mini fridge (very small, fits about 1 day's worth of items) - ✅ Kettle for making coffee and tea, with cups and glasses provided - ✅ Complimentary soap and shampoo provided Accommodation & Facilities ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The shared bathroom arrangement worked well for our needs, as we only used it before heading out and after returning from day trips.

First of all, staff was great from begining with warm welcome to resolving issues with too noisy next door tourists. Location is just next to train station, easy to find it.

Hello, Lia Apartment. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned each day and it was very good connected to the train station in La Spezia. One point to mention was the check-in. As we already mentioned we booked a train to arrive at 19:20 in your Hostal, due to some unknowns reasons the train had a delay and we couldn’t be there at time (before 8pm) so we were charged 55 euros including the city tax which we still don’t know what it was for, at the end the code you give us worked perfectly. The check in conditions weren’t what we expected, and we thought you are going to be more comprehensive. As mentioned before, overall the stay was very pleasant! Ciao!
