We stayed in this apartment during our visit to La Spezia and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent – very central and convenient for exploring both the city and Cinque Terre. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Some items are new and modern, which is great, but there are also parts of the apartment that would benefit from renovation.

Breakfast was delicious, location was perfect near the train station, restaurants and a walking distance to the port. Response from the property owners was swift and welcoming.

Location is good, next to station. Useful to go to 5terre. You have decent utilities
