The biggest plus is the close range to the train station to visit the area. I was there to visit the Cinque Terre and was very easy accessible from here. The room itself was good, clean and functional, just not very modern but that was part of the charm.

It’s literally right opposite La Spezia Centrale train station. Super convenient. Everybody working there is very friendly, especially the lady in glasses manning the reception.
