After reading all the comments, I was really scared, but once I arrived and spent some time here, I couldn’t understand the negative reviews. The rooms are tidy and cleaned every day, which even surprised me — I really didn’t expect that after reading the bad feedback. If the bathroom is dirty, it’s because the residents leave it that way, since it’s cleaned daily. The bedding is changed, I believe, every two days, and the towels are changed daily. Every day they leave a small soap, a packet of shampoo, or shower gel. Maybe something was misunderstood or not to someone’s liking — there is a wardrobe but not a single hanger. Otherwise, everything suited me just fine.

Super close to the main La Spezia train station. Property is literally across the road, down the steps from station. Location cannot get any better. Property also very close to amenities and shops and restaurants only a few minutes away. Nice breakfast restaurant right next door to location. Nice friendly staff.
