The hosts, especially Sarah were very helpful, location was convenient for travelling to other locations nearby by car, parking on site, nice peaceful garden.

We enjoyed a very comfortable 2-night stay at this apartment, which is in the small village of Cadimare, a few km south-west of the centre of La Spezia, and about a 20-minute drive from Porto Venere. On arrival, we were met by the helpful and friendly owner who gave us a full explanation of all the property's facilities. She also provided 2 very helpful information folders (which had a full trnslation in English) giving details of local transport and travel options, places to eat, beaches to visit, etc., etc. Our dog was also made very welcome indeed and enjoyed her walks from the apartment into the calm and quiet of the delightful coastal villages of Cadimare and neighbouring Fezzano. The apartment was well-equippend, with very good kitchen facilities, a comfortable bed, masses of wardrobe and drawer space, bath, separate shower, a classy bathroom sink unit, and a washing machine.. The outside terrace area was spacious, and was furnished with table, chairs and a cushioned swing-seat. There was easy to access private parking adjacent to the apartment. We would certainly recommend Fonzi's House to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxed stay in a convenient location for exploring the Cinque Terre other parts of this area of Italy, while avoiding the bustle of the honey-pot places such as Porto Venere. We would be very happy to return there if visiting this area again.
