The location was excellent. Near to the railway station. 10 minutes walk to down central La Spezia. Close to restaurants etc.

The location is great. Rooms are big enough and clean, one of it has a balcony. If washing machine is included should be perfect.

Very friendly owner. The location is very near to the train station, so it is convenient if you have to take the train to the Cinque Terre.

Host was very kind and met us at the accomodation, she also showed us all of the facilities as well as how to get around. The host also very kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the accommodation the day we checked out while we waited for our train. Would definitely recommend this property!
