One of the best places I have ever been to, the biggest advantage is the location, 5 minutes to main train station, next to the street with all the restaurants and cafes, and there is a carrefour across the street if you want to go grocery shopping! Even though it’s very close to the big roundabout the noise is not a problem When it comes to the apartment itself I couldn’t ask for more! We were for just a week and we had our room cleaned twice including changing sheets and towels I really enjoyed this stay!!

The property was great. Location couldn’t have been better especially if planning on doing day trips from La spezia. Just a 5 minute walk to the train station. Easy check in and great communication with the host.

The location is a very short walk to the train station. The hosts were very communicative on WhatsApp. The room was unusual (rough concrete floors) but well laid out. The hosts were generous with some goods in the room.
