The location is excellent, right in the heart of La Spezia, making it an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was fantastic, and both finding the flat and accessing it were very straightforward. That part of the experience was seamless. Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a nearby café, which was a nice option. That said, it would have helped to have a clearer explanation up front, particularly that you need to present the voucher before ordering. Once we figured that out, the selection of coffee and pastries was enjoyable, and you can simply pay the difference if you'd like to order anything beyond what’s included.

Excellent location on the main street in La Spezia. Close to all the restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. We were initially concerned about the noise from the street but we slept great and weren’t disturbed at all. Thanks for a great stay!
