Very good location, close to Plaza Murillo, Sagarnaga, Calle Jaen, etc Breakfast is decent, they give free coca tea to help with our altitude sickness. Staff is friendly, they let us use the 2nd floor for resting on the couch so it is comfortable rather than just stay in the lobby, and we could use their WiFi and restroom while waiting for check in. They also stored our luggage so we could go out for sightseeing before check in. In fact, they offered that we could do early check in with no extra charge, but we still complied with the proper check in time.

The location of this hotel is really great, it’s close to the main plaza. They also organized a taxi service for me when I had to get back to the airport in the middle of the night. The staff was very friendly in general and could answer all of my questions. They even had a little heater in the room.

There was hot water in the shower and the beds were comfortable. View from our room was amazing. A lot of blankets available in the closet and we also had a heater.
