Liked the central location, the room was comfortable, bed was comfy, staff were helpful. Nice breakfast - you can pay a little extra for eggs.

Good budget hotel in the heart of the tourist area We booked 2 nights here originally but extended to 5 as we were overall okay with the hotel and value for money. We were able to pay in USD with our Wise card to get a better rate. FYI if you pay in cash in bolivianos, they use a slightly inflated exchange rate of 8.5 BOB for 1 USD. Location is perfect for exploring the Witches’ Market and the touristy end of town. The only catch is, it’s not THAT ideal for taking the teleferico because the closest station (Obelisco) is on the purple line - one of the least well connected. But if you don’t mind walking some more, Central or El Prado stations are also doable. Showers were perfectly hot, every time! (A rare find in Bolivia.) Our double room with private bathroom resembled the pics. It was spacious and had a large window overlooking Sagarnaga tourist street - this meant it was quite noisy, but fine with earplugs. Included breakfast was adequate, as vegans we could have toast with jam or veggies, fresh fruit, juice, tea or coffee. Staff were all friendly and helpful, with most speaking good English as well.

A really descent hotel in the heart of La Paz, close to the main touristix sites. We stayed here three times during our trip in Bolivia. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly: we could leave our luggage for several days while we went on a tour, they helped us navigate the local transport network, and were really understanding when my friend was sick. The water is the shower was not always hot, but the staff fixed it immediately when we asked for it. The breakfast is not very extensive, but has toast with jam, fruit and coffee. All in all, the hostel is definitely value for money and I would recommend staying here when looking for a cheap accomodation.

Good location, simple and nice hostel. Good breakfast, bit cold, but I haven't stayed in a lot of places that have indoor heating in Bolivia, so it's not hugely surprising, but it made it less comfortable.
