Location was excellent, close to food, shops, teleférico, tours. Perfect for us. Host was amazing, helped us with so many things - money exchange, laundry, directions, recommendations, let us leave bags there before checking out, checking in early! Excellent! Room had a nice view of mountains, teleférico, and city. It was very clean.

The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised. It was clean and in a very good location. I’m not a fan of combo shower/toilets because they can be messy but that wasn’t the case with this one. It stayed dry and it had plenty of hot water too. Honestly, this is a great place.

Really helpful and welcoming staff, we had a super early check-in (as we arrived with a night bus). We were also able to leave our luggage for free after check-out. Great location in the center, super convenient. Breakfast was good too (eggs, bread, fruits, cereals...).
