Lovely big spacious detached villa in a quiet area of La Nucia with its own drive and own private grounds and private pool. Owners are friendly. Kitchen is dated but has everything you need. 2 shower rooms downstairs plus a third toilet upstairs. Upstairs terrace area lovely to sit out on. Also a bbq area. There is a new bar and restaurant within 15 mins walk called Baby Shark family restaurant which serves lovely freshly made food and drinks. We also walked down to the 52 bus stop to go into Benidorm which was 20 min walk down the hill to the roundabout.
