Absolutely exceptional service from the lady at reception. I came to her very distressed because the room we were given had steep stairs and I was so worried my crazy toddler was going to fall down them. Even though the whole hotel was fully booked she managed to work magic and find us an apartment on one floor with no stairs. I am so thankful to her for being so calm and helpful under pressure. She was the best thing about our trip. I didn’t get her name but I hope she is recognised for her exceptional customer service.

Spacious apartment, top notch breakfast! Easy access to the pool and the gym and these facilities were never too busy.
