This is a fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing. Food and drinks delicious. Also, they went out of their way to surprise us for my birthday with bottle of Cava and cake in our room. Totally recommend this hotel 100%

Staying at La Laguna Gran Hotel was an absolute delight. The moment we walked in, we were captivated by the charm of the historic building and its elegant design. Our room was cozy, spotless, and full of character. But the real gem was the rooftop — watching the sunset over the rooftops of La Laguna was pure magic. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and calm. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for. We only stayed one night, but it left a lasting impression. Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel was generally comfortable, clean, and staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was quite good, however the fresh juice really pulled it ahead to great. Pool and Jacuzzi facilities were excellent.

The staff is very smiling, welcoming and they all have a concern for detail and customer satisfaction. The places are very beautifully decorated. We were in half board. We didn't miss two meals, they offered us parking. Commercial gesture at the top. We also had a 1st bedroom with a window that was difficult to close, and they then changed rooms for us.
