We made a last minute decision to stay a night somewhere on our way home and searched for a value-for-money hotel. We were very happy to find this one. The proprietors were very welcoming in the attached bar and although it was all very simple in the room, that was all we needed. We were unable to dine at the attached restaurant but we were very, very happy with our evening meal at the nearby restaurant that they telephoned ahead for us to make the reservation on the spot. Altogether it was a good decision for us as the little town was pleasant too for Sunday morning coffee.
