This is our fifth visit to the Seychelles and was our first stay at Mountain View Hotel. We found the rooms to be very good, the pool was lovely to cool off in at the end of the day and the view was lovely, we even saw paradise flycatchers from there. All the staff at the hotel are fantastic and want to make sure you enjoy your holiday. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but this gives you the wonderful view and it is not too far to cycle anywhere on the island. For the price paid we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. We cannot understand the negative reviews. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We had a good stay at the Mountain View Hotel. The staff was really friendly and did their best. The breakfast was tasty. Everything was clean. We always had enough water to shower. The hotel is on a hill with a nice view. We went by foot from the jetty. It took 30-40 minutes. It was sweaty, but we really liked it. If you do not like it, they organize you a taxi. We rent bikes for the days at the nearby MOMO‘s bike rental and liked to drive over the island.
