We really liked this place, quiet, calm and well equipped. Not too far from Cannes, Nizza and Monaco. The owner lives behind the apartman, but do not disturb at all, they are very quiet. We enjoyed the terrace with table, chairs and sofa .The apartman is not so big, but was completely enough for us (3 of us) for 3 nights. The furnitures are in good condition. WFI and parking lot is OK, too.

The property is well situated in a suburb not too far from a supermarket. The apartment is well equipped with modern appliances, even a dish washer. It is situated in a very quiet area.

The communication we had with the hosts was very good and they were very helpful. The apartment is indeed cozy and calm and they have taken care of it in the decoration and equipment. However, since the check out is at 10:00 and the check in is at 16:30, the guest should at least find a clean house, which we did not.
