The small house is located in quiet countryside whereas quite closed to the highway entrance/exit. The surrounding is dog friendly. The hostness is very kind and hostpitable. She provided a bag of bread, some dessert, a small bottle of milk, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine upfront for the guest. The house is clean and decoreded in Christmas atmosphere.

We truly enjoyed our night at La Lande Chauvin. Soazig was a warm and charming hostess! The attention to detail inside the property was exceptional. Drink and food available on arrival: nice welcoming touch! The place is quiet and very clean. We slept very well. The garden around the property is amazing with private drive and parking. We like the presence of Sika, the energetic and sweet French bulldog. Thank you.

Highly recommend 3 adults and our Great dane for an over night stop over Had everything you needed Lovely Host who was very welcoming.
