We like absolutely everything we had. Location is in a small village, very quiet, and wonderful birds songs from morning till evening. The house is equipped with all necessary what you need. Barbecue place is well arranged. Charcoal and fire starters are there. Wine, soft drinks are in the fridge. Swimming pool is clean and ready for use. Wonderful garden with the equipment for children’s play. Upper terrace is a great place for a family to have morning coffee with a beautiful view around. Balconies are also awesome, especially very early morning, when sun is rising. 15 min drive to the beach, and even less time to get to a grocery stores.

The property is clean, very big with 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one with 2 single beds. As a family of four, it felt like a mansion to us. High ceilings, 2 bathrooms. The pool was great and Georgios came to maintain/clean it every other day. The balcony was great to enjoy afternoon tea. The town Rethymno was 13 minutes drive and very pretty. You have to have a car though since it is quite remote. We went to this sunset beach cafe and the food there was amazing, thanks to Georgio’s advice.

Giorgio is the perfect host. We arrived at the villa very late at night and he was waiting to welcome us with a local Greek meal. The villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, basic ingredients such as salt, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, mineral water, beers, spices and more. Every morning Giorgio was interested in our daily plan and depending on the area we chose to travel he added more recommendations. His recommendations are great. We stayed in the villa for 8 nights, the villa is large and very well maintained with a pool and wonderful natural areas. On the morning of the trip back home, Giorgio came to say goodbye to us and we even received farewell gifts. Thank you Giorgio, you are a friend for life.

An excellent host who always responded quickly. Absolutely no problems with this fantastic house which is set in a very peaceful location. It has everything you need, big double bedrooms, very comfortable beds and good facilities indoors and out if you want to cook for yourselves. Large cool communal spaces with lots of seating and chilling areas in the large garden, and stunning views from the rooftop.
