Approx an hour drive from Chania airport and suitable for an overnight stay before carrying on to south coast.

Excellent value for money. Very easy to check in, when answered. Very big apartment. Very good generous welcoming - we got fruits and water (3 large bottles). Equipped kitchen, made breakfast. Had a parking place. Very nice little porch to sit and great place to sit outside on ground-floor (had a lovely breakfast)

The owner was helpful and very kind. He welcomed us with figs and wine in the fridge. The house has a beautiful patio and is located in a relaxed context, in the middle of nature, 10-15 minutes far from Rethymno center by car. Next to the house, there is an authentic tavern where you can try local food but mostly you can appreciate the positive energy of its owner.
