This beach house is beautifully situated in a prime spot on this inviting beach, as you literally walk out of the front gate to find yourself steps away from the sea! The beach itself is quiet, peaceful, relaxing & feels like a lovely, exclusive spot. 5 stars can be given for the location alone! The house's newly furnished to a high spec, & has everything required to be comfortable. The aircon is effective & touches like marble floors ensure a cool & comfortable stay. There's outdoor furniture for the balcony & garden areas; a fixed garden umbrella for shade. The outdoors shower in the garden allows a rinse after spending time in the sea, before entering the house or lounging in the garden. There's at least 3 restaurants within walking distance -we tried the closest one a few times & found the food delicious & the staff friendly. This restaurant's also located on the beach front, making it a lovely place to have a relaxing meal, whilst our son was kept entertained around the beach area. He was able to play freely, whilst being safely within our view -making this an ideal place to dine for families. (-This was a 1 min stroll away!). In many ways the photos barely do justice to how lovely this house is, & to its perfect location! The area is generally clean & safe, (with security cameras around). Right next to the house is a children's sand-play area, which was handy! A small beach hut sells drinks, (-seemingly open a few hours, most days); & an ice-cream truck regularly visits the bay. A short drive, (~10 min's), to supermarkets, (selling everything!) & to the higher populated area of Kyrenia, where, again you can find everything, from a range of restaurants to hair salons, pharmacies. Incidentally, the local supermarkets sold delicious locally grown produce! The Host is helpful & responds rapidly to any inquiries. The house is a short drive to the amazing turtle conservation beach.
