extremely helpful & friendly reception staff, nice pool, great location for the town/restaurants/harbour, we had balcony for sitting and watching the car traffic on one way system (not everyone's cup of tea, too noisy for some people, but when windows closed, wasn't as noisy, we slept well!), plenty of cafes outside hotel for breakfast options

All was fine, except for the pool that has some green stuff in it (i saw it on my bathing suit, it turned slightly green) - it probably needs more chlorine to disinfect the pool water better. However I repotted the issue at the reception and it seems it will be taken care of soon.

Staff were extremely helpful and responsive excellent customer service we could not fault anything.The receptionist was so attentive and went over and above a true professional man and a great credit to your hotel. The cleaning lady was a true worker a credit also to your hotel.
