Our expectations for the stay in Zakynthos have been totally fulfilled. We have been 6 family members and we enjoyed a lot the house, the olive tree garden with terrasse and the pool. No mosquitos in the house thanks to the flyscreens on windows and doors. Nikolas the owner gave us many good tips for our trips on the island and helped us a lot with boat and restaurant reservations. Very friendly contact and reception. To travel around I recommend to hire a car.

Absolutely stunning villa, surrounded by olive trees in a very quiet location. The location was perfect with only a few minutes car journey to reach the amazing beaches, there a supermarket 5 minutes drive away; stocked with everything you would need for your stay. When arriving, Nicolas, the host, greeted us and presented us with homemade jam and wine, plus the biggest watermelon we have ever seen. We were blown away with everything and would definitely recommend staying at this stunning villa (10 Stars)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Greece. The villa itself is stunning – the pool area is a highlight, with plenty of seating options and very comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning service keeping the villa fresh throughout our stay, and it’s well-equipped. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, making it easy to unwind, yet still very convenient. The location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute walk to the local Besulli beach, around 30 minutes from the airport, and only 10–15 minutes by car to Tsivili, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Taxis were easy to book for short trips, but we’d recommend hiring a car if you want to explore more of the island. The hosts, Nikolas and Lisa, were truly fantastic. They were so kind and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed. They gave us excellent recommendations and even assisted with booking excursions and restaurant reservations, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way – a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
