I liked everything, starting with the host , location, room. Everything was perfect for our stay. The accommodation is in a super calm area, super close to the sea (you can see the sea literally from the front yard), free parking on the spot. The room was big enough for our needs, super clean (we were greeted with a very pleasant smell of fresh sheets and towels), with everything that you need for the stay, like small kitchen with kettle, electric small stove with oven, fridge, a moka pot, small and clean bathroom, very good beds (mattress was very good and so were the pillows ), TV, air conditioning and a blow dryer. The house was surrounded by green , there is a very nice yard that surrounds the entire house, lots of trees and grass, tables where you can relax and enjoy the slow rhythm of Greece. This place was designed to make you feel relaxed and forget about all agitation in your life. The host was extraordinary, super nice, always took the time to have a chat with us, always around the yard doing this and that, always there to help with whatever information we needed. We felt more than comfortable with our stay. The only thing i regret is that the stay was sooo short. With other words, i recommend Avouris with all my heart and to be honest i really hope that i will come back sometime.

The apartment complex was a family run business, very welcoming and very easy to get contact with the host. Even so there were more guests in the complex, we had a lot of privacy. Beautiful view from our room, table and chairs on both sides of the apartment, small beach leading into the crystal clear water for comfortable swimming, 1-minute walk! Air-condition functioned perfectly and everything we needed was available in the small kitchen. A perfect location to explore the island, quiet, but close to several beaches, a bit remote, so good to have a car available. Thanks, Giannis and family, for letting us stay in your place

The staff were extremely welcoming, and the room was clean with all facilities working perfectly. A small note about the location: if you are looking for a quiet stay, it’s ideal; otherwise, it might feel a little far from the main attractions.
