The Japanese style, the quiet location, the staff very friendly, the restaurant (for example for dinner) is really good! The massages offered in the hotel.

The traditional feel with the beds on the floor, wearing robes etc, the spa area (although we didn’t like the separate sex each side n not wearing clothes-that’s not for us) but we tried it n the spas themselves were lovely n hot. The bath in the room was hot too n very relaxing for a small tub. All toiletries were provided. Evening meals were good but sometimes they forgot part of ur order 🤦🏼♀️

Super great Japanese experience of both stay and onsen. The location is authentic and the spirit is good. Would stay again.

The open air bath was amazing, we went every single day of our stay. The futon was incredibly confortable, I had some doubts prior on how would be to sleep there but had some of my best nights of sleep ever. The room was exceptionally big compared to following experiences in japan, even places in the same price bracket.
