It is a magical place. Very traditional and unique. The couple that own it couldn't have been more helpful including a fantastic restaurant recommendation. I cant recommend it highly enough 10 out of 10

The staff was absolutely polite, helpful, understanding, positive and funny. They were eager to help or guide with anything if you wanted to learn about Kyoto. The Ryokan was exactly like from a movie, beautiful, traditional vibe, clean. We really felt like being at home. The room was big and came with everything you can need.
