Out of all our accommodations we stayed in while in japan for 2 weeks, this one was far the best! We will be staying here again. We booked the deluxe room, it was perfect & spacious!!

The property is in such a good location and very close walking distance to Kyoto station. The staff and check in service was extremely efficient and easy. The rooms were also lovely and spacious for a hotel room.

Excellent location to the Kyoto train station and a straight walk through the station to get to the other side. The room was a good size (we had 3 single beds) and the room facilities were as expected. Direct access to the 7-11 from the hotel lobby. As a family this was a great base to be able to sight see, we would stay here again.

So close to Kyoto train station. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry service-you can view status of availability online! how good is that?! saves you time going up and down. Thanks to exceptional service when I left my cardigan in the room after checking out. I contacted them and they promptly investigated and found it! and kept it for me till I collected it 3 days later! so very appreciated of your efforts! thank you for your service above and beyond! leaving our luggage there was a breeze too, not needing to wait for long. Thank you so much!
