Rooms were clean. Bathroom is bigger than any other hotels in Japan. Onsen was clean and there was to onsen for womans and man.

Very clean. Bed/mattress was really comfortable, excellent wifi connection. Air purifier/anti humidifier came in handy to help dry my clothes as well.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Everything from the Onsen to the ice machine was easy to access. Definitely worth the stay

Very clean, bright and spacious. Excellent bathroom in room and onsite onsen facilities. We were very comfortable! The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very kind !
