The breakfast was outstanding- a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly. Beds were really comfortable and room was quiet. The tube station is 5mins walk away and it is very easy to get into central Kyoto, 8mins in Kyoto on tube. Loved coming home from hustle and bustle of city centre. Also was able to park car and they had a washing machine and dryer that you could use, as well as free cold water stations.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I had at a hotel while in Japan. I had an incident happen as I was leaving the hotel which was quite traumatic, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get through the situation. Some of the staff speak English very well) which was extrremely helpful during the incident, and they were calm and lovely and very kind throughout. I highly recommend this hotel. Beds and rooms were very comfortable, and they also arranged for my luggage to be sent ahead to the airport for me (baggage delivery service) which was totally amazing, and made the last days of travel in Japan so much easier!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was super beautiful and really clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was to die for.
