Our stay at Tassel Hotel was absolutely amazing, we were absolutely delighted with everything at this beautiful boutique hotel from the extremely helpful and welcoming staff to the immaculate accommodation and facilities. The location was fantastic close to subway, shops and attractions and just loved the beautiful flowing stream that was right next to hotel. The breakfast was amazing and we were so very impressed with the free drinks and nibbles that was offered from 6pm to 10pm.

The location was great. Walking distance to Gion and the shopping area around Nishiki market and transport routes close by. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was much appreciated.

Breakfast was good.Simple menu. Could be improved by offering fresh fruit. Exceptional bonus was the complimentary evening bar. Next to metro but peaceful location . Great to walk ten minutes along the canal to the key sights and areas of Kyoto.
