Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The free shuttle service runs to/from Saga-Arashiyama Station’s North exit, on the following times.
From the station: 16:00 and 18:30.
From the hotel: 08:45, 09:15, 09:45, 10:15 and 10:45.Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs.Please inform the property of your requested dinner time.
Note: On weekends and holidays, dinner will start from either 17:30 or 20:00.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Good staff at reception on 1F. Quiet location not too far from Arashiyama centre, 35 minute walk to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Free shuttle bus service back to station. Great restaurant for dinner 3 mins walk away
